We do this with a Home Inspection. All our home inspections adhere to the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors, (CAHPI) National Standards of Practice and the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, (OAHI) Code of Conduct.
We will take the time to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision on the purchase of a new home.
We will look at all major household systems. We will explain how they function.
We will note any deficiencies or defects and 
determine how they will affect you. We can suggest possible ways to fix them, and possible costs. We will also suggest maintenance issues.
