A Pre-Listing Inspection provides you with information that will help you sell your property.  The Pre-Listing Inspection gives you a head start in knowing what your purchaser’s inspector is looking for. You get a detailed inspection of your home. The Inspector will investigate all major components of the building system and comment on areas of concern. Finally, your inspector will provide a presentation sheet highlighting major expense items that a potential purchaser should be made aware of.

TARION Warranty Inspections. It is your responsibility to provide your builder with a list of concerns prior to your 30 day and 1 year anniversaries of home possession. We will help you report concerns about your new home with confidence. You get a complete, detailed inspection analysis of your home. The Inspector will investigate all major components of the building system and comment on areas of concern as they relate to standard building practice and builder tolerances.

Our home inspections follow all aspects of the Standard of Practice as set out by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI).
